SWSA Overview

South West Soccer Association Overview

The South West Soccer Association (SWSA) is the governing body for senior football across Western Australia’s South West. Formed in late 1971 at a meeting of seven regional clubs in Donnybrook, it has grown into one of the state’s most active country associations, coordinating men’s, women’s and masters competitions from April to September each year.
 

Footprint and membership
 

  • Catchment – Clubs stretch from Collie in the east to Busselton, Dunsborough and Margaret River on the coast, and as far south as Manjimup and north to Harvey.

  • Clubs – Historically 14 senior clubs register sides each season. Contact Clubs directly if you are looking for a team. 

  • Venues – Matches are played at more than 20 grounds throughout the South West and hosted by affiliated clubs.
